Get Your lafrance pass
The new Friends & Family Travel Program is only open to Lafrance Hospitality employees and their family and friends. In order to check in on a Friends & Family rate at one of our hotels, you will need to present a Lafrance Pass that is signed by a Lafrance Hospitality property general manager. Please see program terms and conditions below.
Program Terms & Conditions

Discounted rate is available to current Lafrance employees, as well as their family and friends. Employee must be employed at the time of stay.

All Reservations must be made in advance through the Lafrance Friends and Family site.

An authorization form signed by the employee’s manager must be presented at time of check in by anyone receiving the discounted rate. Failure to have proper paperwork will result in the rate reverting to non-discounted rack rate.

Rate is subject to availability at each location. Discount will be a maximum of 34% off rack rate, but may be less.

All Lafrance hotels are 100% Non-Smoking. Smoking in a room will result in a $250 cleaning fee.

You must be at least 21 years old to reserve a room.

If there is any damage to any hotel property, the hotel has the right to revoke the discount and charge the full price of the room.
